This Privacy Policy and the agreements below apply to the following applications published by Rogue Scientist Productions LLC:
- SentinelShield — Personal mobile security & threat monitoring
- CropCompass — Agricultural guidance & crop management
- AeroAnime Studio — Creative media & animation production
- LevelUp IRL — Personal development & real-world skill building
By installing, accessing, or using any of the above applications, you agree to be bound by these policies. If you do not agree, you must cease using the application and uninstall it immediately.
1. PRIVACY POLICY
Data Collection
Rogue Scientist Productions LLC collects NO personal data. All analysis, processing, and functionality — whether threat detection, crop guidance, creative tools, or habit tracking — runs entirely on-device using your device’s own processing power. The developer has no access to your data, your device, or your usage patterns at any time.
Data Storage
All data generated within any Rogue Scientist Productions app — including logs, user-created content, settings, and analysis results — is stored ONLY on your device using encrypted local storage. This data never leaves your device under any circumstances. The developer cannot retrieve, view, or modify any data stored by these apps.
Error Reports
Error reports are NEVER sent automatically. You may manually choose to submit an error report from within the app’s settings. Any such report will contain only technical error information — no personal data, no usage patterns, no identifying information.
Third-Party Services
Where any app provides network-connected features (such as secure browsing, external data lookups, or API-based tools), no identifying information about the user is transmitted. Any external service only receives the minimum query or data required to fulfill the specific function — never your identity, device information, or behavioral data.
Data Deletion
All data can be deleted by uninstalling the app or clearing app data from your device settings. Rogue Scientist Productions LLC retains absolutely nothing server-side — because we operate no servers that collect your data. Upon uninstall, all app data is permanently and irreversibly removed from your device.
Children’s Privacy
None of the Rogue Scientist Productions apps are directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through any of our apps, please contact us immediately.
App Usage Consent
By using any Rogue Scientist Productions application, you explicitly consent to its on-device operations as described in this policy. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy in its entirety, you must immediately cease using the applicable app and uninstall it.
2. TERMS OF SERVICE
Binding Agreement
By installing, accessing, or using any Rogue Scientist Productions application, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, you are not authorized to use these applications. Your continued use constitutes ongoing acceptance of all terms.
Nature of App Output
Outputs generated by any Rogue Scientist Productions app — including but not limited to threat alerts, crop recommendations, creative suggestions, and skill assessments — are algorithmic results based on available data and are NOT professional opinions, certified advice, or guaranteed accurate. The developer makes no warranty as to the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any output.
User Responsibility
YOU are solely and entirely responsible for all decisions, actions, and consequences arising from your use of any Rogue Scientist Productions application. The developer bears no responsibility whatsoever for actions you take or fail to take based on app output. You must independently verify all outputs before acting upon them.
Authorized Use Only
You may only use these apps in accordance with their intended purpose and applicable laws. Unauthorized, illegal, or harmful use of any app or its output is strictly prohibited. The developer is not liable for, and expressly disclaims all responsibility for, any unlawful use of these applications.
Modification of Terms
Rogue Scientist Productions LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When terms change, you will be required to review and re-accept the updated agreements before continuing to use the affected app. Continued use after accepting updated terms constitutes your agreement to those terms.
3. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
“As Is” — No Warranties
All Rogue Scientist Productions applications are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” with NO warranties of any kind — express, implied, statutory, or otherwise — including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.
YOU ASSUME ALL RISK.
Complete Disclaimer of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, Rogue Scientist Productions LLC shall NOT be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, loss of privacy, security incidents, device damage, crop loss, financial loss, or any other loss — arising from your use of or inability to use these applications.
Developer Not Responsible for Your Use
The developer is not responsible for how you use these apps, what decisions you make based on their output, or any consequences that result. You use these applications entirely at your own risk.
No Guarantee of Results
Rogue Scientist Productions LLC does not guarantee any specific outcome, result, detection, or benefit from use of any application. Missed detections, incorrect recommendations, inaccurate assessments, and other errors will occur. The developer is not liable for any harm arising from any such scenario.
Maximum Liability Cap
If any liability is found notwithstanding the above, Rogue Scientist Productions LLC’s total cumulative liability to you for all claims shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid for the applicable app in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) ONE US DOLLAR ($1.00). This cap applies regardless of the legal theory of the claim.
Indemnification
YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY, DEFEND, AND HOLD HARMLESS Rogue Scientist Productions LLC, its officers, affiliates, and successors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from:
(a) your use of any Rogue Scientist Productions app;
(b) your violation of these Terms;
(c) your violation of any law or the rights of any third party; or
(d) any content you generate or actions you take using these applications.
4. ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY
Permitted Use
You may use Rogue Scientist Productions applications only for their intended purposes on devices you own or are authorized to use, in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Prohibited Uses
You may NOT use any Rogue Scientist Productions application for: stalking, harassment, or intimidation of any person; unauthorized monitoring or surveillance; any illegal activity; planning or facilitating harm to any person or system; or any other unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose.
No Reverse Engineering
You may not circumvent, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or create derivative works of any Rogue Scientist Productions application or its components. Violation constitutes intellectual property infringement and grounds for immediate termination of your license.
Termination
Your right to use any Rogue Scientist Productions application is immediately revoked upon any violation of these terms. Because these apps operate without user accounts, termination may take the form of app removal from distribution, disabling updates, or other means affecting all users equally. Continued use after violation constitutes unauthorized use regardless of whether technical access persists.
5. END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
Limited Personal License
Rogue Scientist Productions LLC grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use each applicable application solely on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use only, subject to full compliance with all terms herein.
Restrictions
You may not:
(a) copy, modify, or distribute any app;
(b) sell, sublicense, rent, or lease access;
(c) use any app for commercial purposes without written consent;
(d) remove any proprietary notices; or
(e) use any app in any manner that could harm Rogue Scientist Productions LLC or bring the developer into disrepute.
Ownership
Rogue Scientist Productions LLC retains all intellectual property rights, title, and interest in and to each application and all its components. This license is not a sale. You acquire no ownership rights by downloading or using any app.
Updates and Changes
Updates may change, add, or remove functionality. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of all changes. Rogue Scientist Productions LLC is not required to provide updates, maintain any feature, or support any prior version of any application.
Apple’s Role
Apple Inc. is not a party to this EULA, is not responsible for these apps’ content, functionality, or support, and has no obligation regarding these apps whatsoever. All support inquiries must be directed to Rogue Scientist Productions LLC.
Governing Law & Disputes
This EULA is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Rogue Scientist Productions LLC operates. Any dispute arising from this agreement shall be resolved exclusively in that jurisdiction. YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL and agree that all disputes shall be resolved on an individual basis — no class actions.
